My latest rubber stamp design is Hayfork Mermaid.
She is based on a life drawing pose where the model was holding a stick. I thought about making the stick into a pitchfork, but that might have made her look mean and devilish, so I made it a hayfork instead. There's no hay where she lives, so I figured maybe she uses the fork for her strings of pearls.
