Re-bar

It's almost like I have a floor again. After taking out a certain amount of sand yesterday, they laid down plastic sheeting, then a 2 inch thick layer of blue foam insulation, and on top of that goes the re-bar. Inset photo shows the re-bar joining into the holes that were drilled in the old slab last week. A strong epoxy was injected into each hole first.
