Animation Stand

My Memorial weekend project - I build this animation stand for photographing the index cards for my next film. It's not quite finished, as it needs more black paint to reduce reflections and glare. On my last film the index cards were scanned, not photographed. After this film, I'll know if there is an appreciable difference between the two techniques. Visually there will probably be little difference, but the practical level is what I'm interested in.
