Here's the finished elephant for the Dessert as Art competition at the Ink People's fundraising dinner tonight. There is toffee underneath the blanket and head piece, and white chocolate (in various colors) over the whole thing. It's just under 4 feet from trunk to tail. The small plate is a sample for the judges.

Well there was a bit left over but we packaged it up and gave it out to attendees and kitchen volunteers.

Steve & Carol - we're @ Bill Frederick park in Orlando & just had lunch at the Elephant Bar Restuarant with Ron & Trudi. They told us about the elephant dessert. Congrats!!!
