Returns

If for any reason you need to return all or just part of your rubber stamp order within one year of purchase, you will get a full refund on the purchase price of the returned items, as long as they are unused and undamaged (by you). If the Post Office mangles your order, you should refuse the delivery. If it's too late for that, place the entire mangled package and all contents into another package and mail it back. I will then replace the whole order. If your dog chews on your stamps, hit him with a rolled up newspaper or send him to obedience school, but don't send the drool soaked remnants to me!

Where's my stuff??

Did you get an email that said your order shipped? If no, your order may not have been completed. If yes, Priority Mail takes 2 to 5 days depending on distance from California, and small orders go by First Class mail which takes longer. Have you waited too long already? If so, is there any chance the postman left it with a neighbor, or someplace else? Priority Mail includes Delivery Confirmation, so you can contact me to find out of the package was delivered.

Packing Materials

Packing Materials

Your new rubber stamps, DVD or figure drawing prints will arrive carefully packed using reclaimed packing materials. You may even get recycled sheets of newsprint that have figure drawings on them. These life studies pile up after weeks and weeks of figure drawing practice, and they are not archival, so it's good to get one more use out of the paper.
